The beach also boasts various water sports activities, however, the most popular would be canoing because of the waves that the water offers on these beaches. In fact, most of those that venture into the canoe will be going head in head with the surfers competing for waves.
Also while in Oahu, a popular activity is to visit Diamond Head, which is considered to be the most famous volcanic crater in the world. The hike is moderate and will require that tourists bring their flashlights, but once you reach the top the view is amazing. It allows for people to see for miles and truly enjoy the island and all the sites that it has to offer.
No trip is complete to Oahu without visiting the various historical sights that are located on the island. Being able to see the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor is truly an experience that young and old alike will benefit from.
