STAFF:          Program Staff will consist of experienced student group coordinators including, but not limited to, current Department of Education teachers, Hawaii State Tours trained staff, Personnel trained in first aid and CPR such as City and County Lifeguards and off duty Firefighters.  We will also utilize teenage students who wish to gain leadership skills and experience with Community Service.  Ratio 1 per 15.
